Send us your tech pack, a reference sample photo, or simply a design idea by email or WhatsApp. Within 24-48 hours you will receive a quotation plus a sampling plan covering fabric and accessory options. From there the path is: approve the counter sample, confirm the order and deposit, and we start bulk production. One merchandiser and one technician are assigned to your order from first enquiry through to shipment, so you are never explaining your own product to a new person.
About 800,000 pieces per month, produced by more than 800 workers with 40 in-house technicians. Capacity is split between 550 machines dedicated to underwear, swimwear, and nightwear, and 100 machines for knitted and woven fashion apparel - which is why an intimate apparel programme and a cut-and-sew programme can run in parallel here without one delaying the other.
Yes - one factory, no trading company and no subcontracted sewing. The in-house chain covers sales, design, development and sourcing, merchandising, purchasing, production planning (PMC), warehouse, material QC and incoming QC, cutting, production, QA, final QC, packing, and logistics. Because nothing is passed to an unvetted third party, our lead times and quality claims are commitments we can actually keep.
Yes. Every order is built to a buyer's own specification - we do not sell a stock range for immediate shipment. Everything shown on this site is a capability reference: it demonstrates the categories, constructions, and finish levels we produce, and we can develop your own version of any of them to your tech pack, fabric, and labelling. The practical upside for you is exclusivity - a style, pattern, or print developed for you is not produced for anyone else.
300-500 pcs per style and colour. This is a single standard for every custom OEM/ODM order we take, so the MOQ is the same conversation whether you are developing one style or a full range. Where your style lands inside that range depends on three things: the fabric, because dyeing and mill minimums set a floor; the construction and number of panels; and how much of the order is custom trim, labels, and packaging rather than standard components. Your exact figure is confirmed in writing in the quotation rather than left as a range.
It comes down to setup costs that cannot be recovered on a small run: fabric dyeing minimums, pattern making and grading across your full size range, custom labels, hangtags and packaging, and sampling. Below roughly 300 pcs that setup is spread across too few units, and the unit price climbs to a level that is competitive for neither of us. So we do not quote below that volume - if your first order is smaller than 300 pcs per style, we will tell you straight away rather than send a padded price we cannot hold to.
We quote in USD on an FOB basis, itemised so you can see fabric, accessories, labour, packaging, and margin separately - that way you can see exactly what changes if you upgrade a fabric or simplify a trim. Quotations are valid for 30 days and include export packing. Freight, duties, and destination charges are quoted separately on request.
Within 24-48 hours of receiving your tech pack, reference image, or specification. If a style needs clarification we come back with questions instead of guessing, so that the first quotation is one you can genuinely compare against other suppliers line by line.
Yes, and we recommend it. Sampling takes 7-14 days depending on fabric availability. Sample fees are refundable against your bulk order once it meets the agreed MOQ. Samples ship by DHL, UPS, or FedEx in 3-7 days, so a full sample cycle usually closes inside three weeks door to door.
Development normally runs in three stages: a counter sample built from your tech pack or reference, for approval of fit, construction, and fabric. A pre-production sample in the final approved fabric and trims, with your labels and packaging, for written sign-off before bulk. Optional photo samples for your website and campaign shoots. Any variance from the approved specification is reported to you in writing at each stage, so your approval is always based on documented differences rather than assumptions.
