Frequently Asked Questions — MOQ, Pricing, Sampling & Lead Times

  • Q Do you support repeat orders and ongoing collections?

    A

Yes - repeat business is where most of our volume sits. Repeat orders use the approved pattern, fabric, and trims and skip sampling entirely, so they typically run faster and cheaper than the first order. For buyers running seasonal collections, we keep approved specifications on file and can reserve production capacity against your calendar before your buy is finalised.

  • Q Will you produce my style for other buyers?

    A

No. A style, pattern, or print developed for you is not produced for any other buyer. Custom developments stay exclusive to the buyer who commissioned them.

  • Q How do I start working with you?

    A

Send us your tech pack, a reference sample photo, or simply a design idea by email or WhatsApp. Within 24-48 hours you will receive a quotation plus a sampling plan covering fabric and accessory options. From there the path is: approve the counter sample, confirm the order and deposit, and we start bulk production. One merchandiser and one technician are assigned to your order from first enquiry through to shipment, so you are never explaining your own product to a new person.

  • Q Do you offer private label and full OEM/ODM?

    A

Yes, both. Private label: we produce under your brand with your labels, hangtags, and packaging. Full OEM/ODM: we develop from your tech pack or from a concept, including fabric, construction, grading, and packaging. Most long-term partners start with one and move to the other as the range grows.

  • Q Can you work from our tech pack only, or do you also design for us?

    A

Both. With a tech pack we produce exactly to your specification and flag any construction, tolerance, or costing risk before sampling starts. Without one, our in-house design and sourcing team can develop the style from a reference image or a written idea - we will propose fabric, trims, and construction, and send a costed draft for your approval before anything is cut.

  • Q Do you sign NDAs?

    A

Yes. We will sign your NDA before any drawings, samples, or specifications are shared; if you do not have one, we can provide our standard mutual NDA. Your designs, patterns, and prints are never shared with, or produced for, any other buyer.

  • Q Who will I be talking to, and how fast do you reply?

    A

You get one dedicated merchandiser as your single point of contact - not a shared inbox. Quotations are issued within 24-48 hours, technical and production questions are usually answered the same working day. We work across European, North American, Australian, and Middle Eastern time zones, so calls are scheduled in your hours, and WhatsApp is monitored outside office hours for urgent production matters.

  • Q What products do you make?

A Women's and men's intimate apparel and fashion apparel, specifically: bras, briefs, vests and camisoles, lingerie and garter sets, pajamas and nightwear, swimwear, sportswear, women's dresses, denim, pants, shirts, and coats — in both knitted and woven constructions.
